What Stays the Same
The basic layout and design of the template will stay recognisable. If what you need involves substantial changes to the design, Custom Design will probably be a better fit.
How Much Does Template Customisation Cost?
Single-page or single-sided designs start from £60.
More complex or multi-page templates will be quoted based on the design and amount of content involved.

Know what you need, but haven’t found an existing template that’s quite right? I’ll create something specifically for your project.
If you already have a website, colours, fonts or other resources you’re happy with, I can use those as a starting point so the finished design feels consistent with the rest of your practice.

It’s Not Just About Making it Look Good
You don’t need to hand me perfectly polished wording. If you have the information you want to include, I can lightly edit and shape it so it works within the design and is clear and easy to read.
That might mean shortening headings, removing repetition, making information easier to scan or replacing counselling jargon with more client-friendly language.
This is light copy editing rather than full copywriting or substantial content creation.
You Don’t Need a Whole New Brand
If you already have a website, logo, colours or fonts you’re happy with, I’ll work with those. If you don’t have an established visual style, we can agree a simple direction for the project without turning it into a full branding exercise.
How Much Does Custom Design Cost?
Single-page designs start from £120.
For larger or more involved resources, such as multi-page guides, workbooks or packs, I’ll provide a quote based on what you need.
I’ll confirm the cost before any work begins.
What you’ll receive
The exact files will depend on what we’re creating and how you plan to use them. We’ll agree what you need before I start.
Depending on the project, this might include:

Print-ready or digital PDF files.

PNG or JPG files.

An editable Canva version where appropriate.

Additional sizes or versions where agreed.
Template Customisation includes one round of reasonable revisions. Custom Design includes two.
Printing isn’t included, but I’ll make sure you have the appropriate files to send to your chosen printer.
When this might not be the right service
This service is for creating or customising individual resources for your practice, rather than developing a complete visual identity or providing ongoing design support.
It may not be the right fit if you need:

How it works

Tell Me What You Need
Tell me what you’d like to create and send me anything that might be useful, such as your website, an existing template or examples of the style you have in mind.
I’ll take a look and confirm what I can help with, what I’ll need from you, the cost and timescale before you decide to go ahead.

I’ll Create Your Design
Once we’ve agreed the project and I have your content, I’ll create the first version using the template or agreed design direction.
I’ll send it to you to review and make any included revisions.
03
Your Finished Design
Once you’re happy with everything, I’ll prepare the agreed files ready for you to use online, print or edit in Canva where applicable.
